SYC on Facebook and Flickr

Flyover-Devil-DSC_9273

There are some new places where we can post pictures and comment...

We recently opened up a Facebook page for the Keelboats where pictures and comments can be posted by Facebook members and this can be found by clicking here >>

We have also dusted off the old Flikr group for pictures of the yachts that's been around since 2007 and loaded the latest pics to browse through. All you need to be able to load pictures onto Flickr is a Yahoo account so if you are out and about with a camera afloat then perhaps this is where you can play. Flickr group is here >>

Steve Thomas took all the pics of the Summer Series racing from the weekend 26-27 June so if he snapped your boat  then say thanks to him and Tracey who also organised the weekend's racing.

Royal Escape 2010

RER-2010-Logo-200pixelsThe 34th Royal Escape Race ran on Friday 28 May 2010 and you'll find the results on the dedicated Royal Escape Race website.

There is also a simple poll asking whether skippers would like to start at first light next year to try and get as many boats as possible over the finishing line before the breeze drops on the French coast.

Oh and the date for the next Royal Escape is Friday 27 May 2011....
