Following a meeting of the SYC Operations Committee held yesterday evening, I am very happy to confirm that the Yacht Club Bar will now be opening on Bank Holiday Monday 30 August.
The bar will be open from 12:00 until 17:00, with closing time extended if demand warrants it.
The restaurant will be closed.
With the reinstatement of the West Entrance making pedestrian access from the town so much easier, arguably the best balcony and bar in town is a great place to enjoy what is currently forecast to be a warm and pleasant bank holiday afternoon.
