Notice is hereby given that the 99th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders will be held on Saturday 25th January 2025 at 1000 hours.

The venue for the meeting is Stow's, Sussex Yacht Club, 85 - 89 Brighton Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6RF.

The Agenda and Annual Report is available on the Club website HERE.

Shareholders will receive an email with links to all relevant information for the 99th AGM.
