Sussex Yacht Club's Keelboat Section 2025 Prizegiving dinner will be hosted on Saturday the 15th of November at Stow's restaurant.
A delicious three-course fine dining menu will be served, followed by the prizegiving ceremony, and an evening of celebration for afters!

Starters
Creamy Vegetable Soup (v) Served with Toasted Bread.
Prawn Cocktail
Chicken Liver Paté with Chutney and Toasted Bread (gf on request)
Mains
Herb Crusted Chicken Supreme, served with potatoes, seasonal veg and a lentil and chorizo sauce. (gf)
Grilled Sea Bass, served with crushed new potato, pan fried spinach topped with garlic butter capers and a white wine sauce.
Mushroom and tarragon parmentier (vg) - Puff Pastry filled with mushroom and tarragon, tender stem broccoli, peas and a mushroom cream sauce
Desserts
Traditional Apple Crumble Served with custard
Banoffee Pie Served with caramel sauce
Chocolate Brownie (v,gf) Served with a vegan ice cream
