Starters
French Onion Soup (VG) – Slow-cooked in a vegetable stock for 16 hours, topped with garlic croutons and cheese.
Shell-on King Prawns – Served on a bed of fresh lettuce with a side of crusty bread.
Baked Camembert (V) – Studded with rosemary, drizzled with honey, and served with bread and homemade onion jam.
Sticky Pork Bites – Tender belly pork cooked in a sticky honey and soy sauce, topped with sesame seeds, spring onions, and chilli.
Mains
Turkey Ballotine – Turkey breast wrapped in bacon, roasted in sage butter, and served with roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, Brussels sprouts, homemade chestnut stuffing, and rich gravy.
Pan-Fried Salmon – Salmon cooked in a fragrant dill butter, served with crushed new potatoes, tender broccoli, crispy capers, and a rich crab bisque
Duck Breast – Succulent pan-fried duck breast paired with a Guinness sauce, accompanied by roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, Brussels sprouts, and homemade chestnut stuffing.
Beetroot and Feta Wellington (V) – A golden puff pastry filled with spiced beetroot and creamy feta, served with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, homemade chestnut stuffing, and rich vegetarian gravy
Desserts
Christmas Pudding – Served with brandy cream and fresh berries.
Banoffee Pie – Accompanied by a berry compote and fresh berries.
Eton Mess – Crushed meringues, whipped cream, and fresh berry compote.
