Notice is hereby given that the 98th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders will be held on Saturday 27th January 2024 at 1000 hours.

The venue for the meeting is Stow's, Sussex Yacht Club, 85 - 89 Brighton Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6RF.
