As with most new builds, there are things which are not quite right and issues which arise during the contract liability period (one year) of our clubhouse construction.
Some of these have been addressed by the contractors, but there are a number which remain outstanding.
Please be assured we are aware of these and they are being addressed but there is a strict protocol within the contract for dealing with these issues and unfortunately, they cannot always be dealt with as some have suggested. It is all in hand.
