Every year, Yvonne and Rob Campbell visit St. Tropez to witness the final regatta of the Mediterranean sailing season, featuring Classic (including J class), Maxi, and Wally yachts.
Over the years, many other SYC members have also enjoyed this spectacle. This year, with SYC collecting burgees to adorn its new clubhouse, Yvonne approached SNST and proposed an exchange.
The exchange took place in the sailing marquee on the harbor arm during the racing. The representative from the French Club was delighted to facilitate the exchange.
As a gesture of gratitude, Yvonne will send the President of the SNST a copy of our pictures. Representing SYC, Yvonne, along with Sue Large Jr., and SYC’s President, Dave Ramus, accepted the SNST Burgee.
