Membership Card & Fob Usage in the Bar
1 August 2019
At the Board meeting in June it was decided that after a year of planning it is now time for the Bar and Restaurant to fully utilise the electronic till system in order that members receive the discounted prices to which you are entitled; this will come into effect Thursday 1August 2019.
You will need to have either a fob or new chipped membership card that can be scanned. If you do not have either a fob or new chipped membership card please contact the office who will be happy to help. These cannot be sent out in the post and therefore require that you either collect it from the office or from behind the bar with prior arrangement.

Launch marks the start of our building work
On Monday 13 May we began work on our new clubhouse and amenities with a helping hand from the Leader of Adur District Council.
Our new HQ will mean that Shoreham will become the home of one of the UK’s best disabled sailing facilities, whilst enabling the building of flood defences to protect the town.

Contractor announced for our rebuild
We are pleased to announce that W Stirland, based in Chichester, has been engaged as the contractor to undertake the construction of our new £4.2 million clubhouse and facilities.
Work has begun on site and will be completed by June 2020. Our existing clubhouse, which has been our home since 1950, will then be demolished to enable the building of planned flood defences by Adur and Worthing District Council.
